Bettie Spruill

Entrepreneur and Founder of Coaching for Excellence Certification

Bettie is a Certified Management Effectiveness Coach, management consultant, entrepreneur, public speaker and writer with 30 years experience in the field of transformational technology. She is also a certified Master NLP practitioner and a leader in the field of ontological and ecological coaching.

She has successfully trained and managed seminars leaders who now facilitate workshops, trainings and seminars for thousands of people all over the world. A dynamic and inspiring woman, she has led experiential effectiveness seminars and workshops in the domains of leadership, purpose and vision, and high performance, for more than 20,000 people in Russia, Malaysia, Puerto Rico, Argentina, Chili, Mexico, England, Hong Kong, Canada, Ghana and the United States of America.

She was Senior Vice President for Lifespring, Inc., one of the largest training and seminar companies in the world. Her leadership responsibilities included product design, the development of trainers, city managers and coaches and balancing million dollar budgets.

In 1981 Bettie attended her first Ontological Coaching Course with Fernando Flores and since then has studied both Eastern and Western philosophy, biology and cognition and the technology of effective communication – the kind of communication that produces action.

Her work has contributed to personal and organizational breakthroughs in effective communication and sustained productivity in multi-national and American companies such as Northwest Airlines, United Airlines, the Harlem Globetrotters, Honeywell, the Breakthrough Foundation, Petronas, TXU, and others.

Bettie is co-founder of Vistar Integrated Programs and YESS!, and assisted with designing coaching programs for some of the leading coaching academies in the United States and Malaysia.

Currently, Bettie is a student of the Course In Miracles, the practices of Buddhism, deep ecology and global harmony, Universal Law, Egyptian and Christian mysticism.

In April of 2000, Bettie adopted Begoro, a village in Ghana, Africa. Since then, she has along with others, raised thousands of dollars to bring coaching and training to the people of that community to develop vision, leadership, and strategies and practices of sustainability for the individual and community.

Educated in Sociology, Bettie has spent many hours studying and implementing the latest and most effective thinking and practices that contribute to individuals and organizations having a deep sense of purpose, meaning and responsibility.
