She leads Transformation Trainings and workshops where participants discover their life's purpose and personal power to achieve the life of their dreams through a life of service and contribution in North America, South America and Europe.
Kora is a founding member of the International Coaching Consulting and Training Group (ICCTG), an association that provides coaching certifications to ensure appropriate knowledge and conduct as well as high quality coaching skills of international coaches and transformational seminar leaders.
She has supported companies such as Honeywell, Lockheed Martin, Nike, Williamson Dickie, Cornell Dubillier, Hoffman, Pentair, MI Windows and Doors, Metso, Fundación Corona, etc in transforming their business culture and achieving excellence in customer service, morale, quality and cost reduction.
